"What the heart has had and held, it will never lose", is the phrase printed on the cover of this booklet. At a time when no words are enough, the sentiment expressed gives a momentary pause for thought.  The booklet has been produced by the Social Work Department of Children's Hospital at Westmead in an endeavour to provide parents who are experiencing the loss of a child with information to help guide them through, both the emotional and practical needs at this most difficult time.
